Free WiFi, smart TV with all apps(netflix, disney plus ect - will require own log ins), TV in double bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms(1 double, 1 twin). Full shower room, with sink and wc and an en-suite to master bedroom with shower, sink and wc. Full gated wrap around decking with outdoor furniture. Added extras include board games, PS4, built in Bluetooth speaker, tea, coffee, sugar.

5 minute walk to sea front cafe and mini beach.

Parking available on the area opposite caravan for multiple vehicles(subject to availability).

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IN CARAVAN OR ON DECKED AREA.

£100 - non refundable deposit - is required to book your stay.

£100 refundable security deposit also not included in the price. Security deposit refunded upon successful check on changeover clean at the end of your stay.
