We write on behalf of the South Shore Owners Group, representing chalet owners at South Shore Holiday Park.
This email is to formally notify you that any payments made by members of the South Shore Owners Group to Tingdene, irrespective of the nature or purpose of the payment, are made under protest and without prejudice.
Such payments do not constitute acceptance of any sums demanded, nor acceptance of the basis, calculation, apportionment, or contractual entitlement relied upon. All rights are expressly reserved to challenge any charges and to seek repayment or credit of any sums found to be unreasonable, incorrectly calculated, or not properly payable.
This notice applies to all payments made by members of the South Shore Owners Group to Tingdene, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
