Meet Nic, one of our new chalet hosts in La Tania who has a real passion for fondue - yes you heard that right - fondue.
From Anchorage, Alaska, Nic certainly isn’t a stranger to snow and for him, the best thing about skiing is simply spending time with friends in the mountains – something we can definitely get behind.

Meet Dana, one of new chalet hosts this season. If there’s one thing you’ll quickly learn about Dana, it’s that she absolutely loves the mountains. 🏔️❤️

Growing up in Latvia, where mountains are somewhat hard to come by, she remembers falling in love with them the very first time she saw them. And this winter, you’ll find her surrounded by them in Arc 1950.
Dana loves making people feel welcome, relaxed and looked after, so creating that home-from-home chalet feeling comes very naturally to her. She’s looking forward to meeting our Arc 1950 guests, sharing plenty of stories around the dinner table and helping make your time in the mountains one to remember.

Oh, and should you happen to arrive bearing 20 pomegranates, you may just become her favourite guest...

Meet Victoria 👋

Swapping the surf for the snow this winter, Victoria is joining us this season in Peisey-Vallandry for her very first ski season as a Chalet Host.
Originally from Loughborough, she’s spent the past year in Australia attempting to master surfing (her words suggest it may still be a work in progress… 🌊😂). Now she’s trading waves for mountain views and a snowboard and we think she’ll feel right at home.

Victoria joined Ski Beat because she loves meeting new people and being part of a team, which is a pretty perfect fit for chalet life.
If you’re heading to Peisey-Vallandry this winter, Victoria will be there offering a very warm welcome.
