Sometimes travel does not always go to plan.

This week, some of my lovely clients were unexpectedly stuck in resort, after several cancelled flights and numerous hotel rebooks. They are now safely on their way home, with everything taken care of.

While they focused on making the best of a few extra nights away, I was in the background:
• Monitoring updates
• Liaising with airlines
• Reconfirming new flights
• Rebooking hotel rooms

But most importantly keeping them informed and reassured every step of the way.
