Our latest travel figures show that 58% of our golfers travel during just three months:

That demand is concentrated into only 13 weekends and 91 days.

The best weekend tee times at the most popular courses and resorts can disappear many months in advance, particularly for larger groups.

With golf participation across Great Britain and Ireland now 65% higher than in 2019, demand is showing no sign of returning to pre-pandemic levels.

One of the things I love about Cornwall’s championship links courses is that they all offer something so different whilst complementing one another beautifully.

of 🇺🇸 sums this up wonderfully in his review of the course during the Golf & the Good Life podcast.

is a special place both on and off the course. It is one of only two true links golf resorts in England (the other being Princes in Kent).

It’s walking distance to some wonderful beaches, has so much to do on-site away from the golf, has a newly refurbished restaurant serving quality seafood and is just minutes from the famous fishing village of Padstow which has one of the finest concentration of dining options anywhere in the country.

The championship course is a Harry C**t. A name synonymous with UK championship layouts such as Sunningdale, St George’s Hill and Royal Portrush. The course is generally set up to allow play to flow, but can be set up tough when required, such as its recent hosting of the European Seniors Tour. It is a little more out in front of you which makes it the perfect opening round to the Cornish leg of any golf trip.

Whether Trevose is your home for the duration of the trip, owing to its central location between and , or if you are visiting for the day. It has to form part of your Cornish Links Experience.

We’ve been saying it for years, but it’s always great to hear golfers from across the Atlantic getting excited about just how special golf in the South West of England can be.

In this clip from Golf & the Good Life, Connor & Daniel discuss one of the most distinctive features of St Enodoc’s Church Course: the ancient church and graveyard that sit right in the middle of it.

It’s a wonderful part of the St Enodoc experience. The course plays out to the church, loops around it and then heads back towards one of the most spectacular stretches of coastline in Cornwall.

History. Links golf. Incredible scenery. And a golf course with a character entirely of its own.

St Enodoc is a course that could only really exist where it does, and that sense of place is a huge part of what makes it so memorable.

The B&B Pairs experience begins here on Tuesday 6 October, with everything in place for three days of golf.

Arrive Tuesday. Stay for two nights.

Check in at Bowood Park, collect your player gift and settle into the tournament. Your accommodation, breakfasts and dinners are all taken care of.

Your practice round is included.

Start the week properly with range balls and a full practice round at Bowood Park before the championship begins at Bude.

The championship is decided at Bowood.

After Round 1 on the links at Bude, the field returns to Bowood Park for the Championship Final on Thursday 8 October.
