We just won three more Great Taste Awards! 🏆

We’re incredibly excited to share that we’ve added three more Great Taste Awards to the collection, meaning that, for the first time ever, every product in our core range is now award-winning! 🤩

Here’s what the judges had to say:

🌶️ Lemon Drop Chilli Jam⭐️⭐️
“A really well-made jam” with perfectly balanced sweetness and plenty of chilli flavour.

🍋‍🟩Tahiti Lime Marmalade ⭐️
“Perfectly cooked” peel with lots of aromatic flavour - “a memorable marmalade.”

We are super excited to announce our newest seasonal flavour, in collaboration with Single Variety Co | Award Winning Jam Makers 😋 and Natoora - our Amarillo Peach Preserve.

Peach is the most requested jam flavour, and of course we had to find the very best peaches to make it. We’ve worked with our friends at Natoora to source Amarillo peaches from Oscar, who farms in Lleida, western Catalonia.

These large peaches are thin-skinned with firm, crunchy flesh and a naturally high concentration of sugars. This gives the jam a deep, almost tinned peach nostalgia, with a lovely loose set, making it perfect for spooning over yoghurt or ice cream.

Available during the Amarillo peach season, until October 🍑

We don’t add garlic to our chilli jams. Jalapeño, Fire Flame, Lemon Drop and Amarillo all have their own flavour, not just different levels of heat. So we keep the recipe simple, letting each variety speak for itself. Which one would you try?

Are we wasting money by putting more fruit in our preserves? 🍓

Not really! Sugar costs less, gives us a higher yield and makes each jar cheaper to produce. Using more fruit does the opposite - but it also gives you something we care about much more: the tastiest preserves.
