I’m back in the office today after a fabulous couple of days in Serre Chevalier 🇫🇷⛷️
I stayed at Club Med Serre Chevalier which has had a complete and impressive refurbishment, taking it from a 3 Trident (star) to a 4 Trident.
The location is unbeatable, literally out of the boot room, onto the piste and ski school meeting point. It’s ski-in, ski-out, just by the new gondola (2 years old)
⛷️🏂The ski area is impressive, lots for all abilities and well linked. It’s very pretty and on our two days the slopes were very quiet.
🚎 The transfer from Turin was quick and easy, just under 2 hours!
⛷️As always with Club Med, it’s completely All-inclusive, with lift pass and ski school (morning and afternoon) included as well.
🧀🍇 The food is exceptional with main buffet and speciality restaurant included. There is also a lunchtime buffet (or terrace bbq if you prefer). It also includes an apres ski buffet, with cakes, pancakes, soup, bread and cold meats and cheeses, pre-dinner snacks and nibbles, and an open bar. I found the staff friendly and attentive.
The childcare options are second to none, with excellent kids and teens clubs included, and lots of interconnecting room options.
I would also imagine that this is a fantastic place to spend a summer holiday, with swimming lakes, walking, biking and near by Briancon to explore.
