Disney World food has a cult following and for such a good reason! The food goes way above stereotypical theme park food, especially at the parties and events…

It’s no secret that Magic Kingdom is the weakest park for food, but at parties like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, the food really has fun.

Some of these dishes were a hit for me, others less so… I just wish I could have tried everything!

Was this the best curry I’ve ever had?! in Kerala includes an amazing cookery demonstration as a resort activity, and as a foodie, I had to go check it out 😍

The restaurant and demonstrations are run by local women from the village, so everything is so authentic to the region. This curry was unlike anything I’d ever had before!

It was also amazing to see the kitchen gardens at where they supply homegrown fruits, vegetables and herbs to the restaurants on site.

India really opened my eyes as a foodie, it’s an incredible destination for anybody passionate about cooking or eating! 🍴 Are you a foodie looking for your next culinary heaven? If so, I’d love to help!

Did you know Dubrovnik has a cable car where you can get the best views? is a quick journey up above the Old Town for the most spectacular sunset views 😍

You can also find up there which is a beautiful, highly rated restaurant with those signature panoramic views. There’s also a bar and an area where you can pay a small amount to look at the view that has chairs. We did this but you can see exactly the same view without paying, although a little more crowded.

Next time you’re in Dubrovnik, make your way up the mountain and see the city from a completely different view point. Whether you take the cable car, a taxi, or walk - it’s a gorgeous place to head in Dubrovnik 🫶

Are you a Game of Thrones fan? If so, you need to go to Croatia… especially Dubrovnik!

A guided tour around the city shows you key filming sites and spills behind the scenes secrets, it was literally like stepping into Kings Landing. Let’s not forget a visit over to Lokrum Island to sit on the throne!

Are you a fan of Game of Thrones? Do you also refuse to acknowledge season 8? If so, this would be a great trip for you! We also did a tour in Split which was great too 🤓

Everything I bought in Singapore over a week? I’m so pleased you asked. This was a shopping spree of Disney, Formula 1, souvenirs, food… so much 😅 I didn’t expect to buy as much as I did, but it’s all about memories and souvenirs isn’t it!

Here it is, the big day… INDIA DIARIES on day 15 finds us at the Taj Mahal as the sun goes down.

Yes it’s busy (maybe a better timed visit would have helped, which is where private touring can be better than group tours), but that takes nothing away from how spectacular she is 😍

I explored the inside of the Taj Mahal (no photography allowed, sorry folks) and then found myself a quiet corner to reflect and people watch as the sun dropped down behind the other (also beautiful) buildings.

Tomorrow is the last ‘sightseeing’ day of our Intrepid Travel tour, as we then head back to Delhi for a final night before flights home.

This whole journey, from Kerala 15 days ago to the Taj Mahal in Agra has been a privilege, an education and an experience I will never experience. Travel changes you, doesn’t it?
