On the first Monday of the month we offer an induction session to anyone who would like to learn how to get the most benefit from your walking. Nordic walking engages all major muscle groups and subsequently burns alot more calories than regular walking.
So why not come along this coming Monday 3rd March to High Elms - see attached flyer for times and booking details. The cost for the 90 min session is £15 includes use of poles.
