Day two of our Tennessee fam trip started by exploring more of Nashvilles creative side with a visit to one of East Nashvilles most beloved murals. A vibrant tribute to Dolly Parton celebrating her music, her spirit and her lasting impact on Tennessee and beyond.

And there was plenty more East Nashville magic to discover.

We stopped at Cafe Roze, a chic all day cafe known for its fresh seasonal food, pastries and coffee, before heading to Grimeys, Nashvilles legendary record store packed with new and preloved records, CDs, books, cassettes and plenty of music history.

Right next door, Living Waters Brewing provided the perfect pick me up, combining small batch beer and coffee before we hit the road and made our way from Music City to Memphis.

Arriving in Memphis, we checked into the Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis, the only hotel located directly on Beale Street and perfectly placed for exploring the heart of the city.

Dinner at Felicia Suzannes brought Southern hospitality and elevated Southern cooking to the table, before we headed out to experience one of Tennessees most iconic streets.

Beale Street was buzzing with live music, neon lights and the unmistakable sounds of blues, soul, R&B and rock n roll spilling from the clubs.

From Nashville to Memphis, day two was all about discovering the sounds, flavours and stories that make Tennessee so unforgettable.

Day one of our Tennessee fam trip started with a look inside one of Nashvilles most exciting new hotels and this one really feels like stepping into Dolly Parton’s world.

Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel is Dolly’s love letter to Nashville and every detail tells a story with her songwriting spirit running through the hotel with rich textures thoughtful design intimate music spaces.

It has that feeling of somewhere you could settle in for the evening, listen to live music, share a few stories and wake up feeling inspired.

And there was plenty more Nashville magic throughout the day too!

We started at D’Andrews Bakery & Cafe for delicious sweet treats including a homage to Elvis’s favourite fried banana sandwich , visited the legendary Ryman Auditorium, the “Mother Church of Country Music,” and explored the incredible collection at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Dan travelled to Newcastle this week to represent Meet Boston at the latest Travel Gossip roadshow.

The event was well attended with an incredible turnout of travel agents from across the North East, giving Dan the opportunity to spotlight everything Boston has to offer to the valuable regional agents in this part of the UK.

Fresh off the heels of the FIFA World Cup 2026, the unique sporting and cultural ties uniting Boston and the UK were certainly a talking point.

From all year-round city highlights to winter magic, agents got the full rundown on what Boston has to offer with fantastic seasonal city breaks and Boston’s Frostival festival taking centre stage as a top pick for clients travelling later in the year.

The TTM trade team spent a busy couple of days in Glasgow, we know and appreciate how important our partners and friends across the UK are so we love to take time to visit with them and see what’s going on North of the Border.

Time was spent with the wonderful ladies from Barrhead Travel, big thank you to Jade and Carrie for a delicious lunch and great conversation.

Conversations followed with Susan Greenhorn learning about her exciting plans to keep growing the product offering and across our clients for both Elegant Resorts and If Only brands.

There’s never a dull moment when we catch up with the lovely Hilary from Travel Matters. With their finger on the pulse we got lots of great insight into what their readers are seeing and hearing regarding travel to the US.

Final meeting was with Dave McLaren of USAirtours fame, hearing just how well they are doing with passenger growth into our amazing destinations.

Thank you to each and everyone of you for taking out time from what are incredibly busy schedules to chat with us and keep us updated on what’s going on in market.
