🐎 We have space for a full livery on our small friendly yard with miles of fabulous off road riding directly off the yard in to the forest and beyond. With all year turnout available as we believe horses should not be cooped up in stables all winter. Very personal 5* care for your horse from our qualified staff.
4 full packages available. All include:
*Brand new Large 12x16 stable with window to rear and large canopy.
*20x50 all weather arena inc jumps.
*Secure tack room.
*Own feed area with metal rodent proof bins provided.
*2 large storage boxes for spare rugs etc and lockable lockers for personal items.
*Outdoor rug hangers.
*Heated coffee room for relaxing and warming up on cold winter days.
*Mix of high electric fencing and post and rail.
*Winter free Ad-lib hay 1 bale of shavings per week.
Summer can be 24/7 turnout or if you wish to bring in every day then you keep your stable to use as and when.
(summer stabling includes 1 free 6kg net daily and shavings available to buy on site)
*Muck taken away from yard every month.
*Regular programme of farrier, dentist and vet vaccinations with routine visits holding by staff included.
*yard worming programme. Free worming spring and autumn.
*Visiting BHS qualified instructor.
*All rug changes included.
*Small herd turnout or individual if required in electric fence area.
*CCTV and owner on site.
*EXTRAS available: schooling/exercising, clipping, trailer/box storage, tack cleaning, bathing, show preparation, basic wound care, bandaging etc.

**we must have a reference from your previous yard and a strangles blood test within two weeks of arriving.
Deposit and 1 months livery fees upfront. Fees payable on the 1st of each month in advance.
Contract must be signed and Passport to be kept at yard.
No stallions, wood chewers or children under 16 sorry.
Friendly, well behaved Dogs on leads allowed under strict control.
