14-ish days until we open our new stay! It’s difficult not sitting outside as the sun shines on the deck… when I’m supposed to be washing the windows!

I’ve never had an outdoor bath before. I hope I love it when I get to test run everything next week 💕

Are red roses Mediterranean enough? After crushing hard on these above the gate of Yew Tree Cottage I've decided that the olive tree and lavender theme garden at the back can handle this kind of colour flush too. Let's hope I made the right choice! May the flowering begin!

What do you think? Red and white roses + lavender = a good look?

Spring has sprung… but fear not - there are still a few cosy nights left for toasting your toes in front of the fire 🍷
