“Julie’s place was absolutely amazing. The interior design is incredible with everything you need to feel right at home. The lodge is well heated so great for the colder months. The garden is also a treat, really nice to walk around along with seeing the sheep!
Easy to get to and access, anyone staying here will surely enjoy their stay”.

Another lovely 5* review! This time on Vrbo. I’m glad the tree decorations were a hit - so easy to do!

“Stunning space in a beautiful location. Quiet relaxing and calming. Lovely touches including automatic night lights, Christmas decorated tree outside (definitely going to steal this idea), very generous welcome pack. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. Lovely walks on the doorstep and a great local cafe for brunch. We could keep going with the positives! Alistair and Julie were very attentive and lovely hosts. Highly recommended.

Gosh, what a lovely review!

“This is the most idyllic place ever. Breathtakingly situated and surrounded by fabulous gardens, a pretty pond, stunning sculptures, you spend all day chilling there. The lodge is immaculate and the interior design is gorgeous. There is everything you need and more. We arrived to find the chickens had supplied us with half a dozen eggs, Alistair had baked us a to die for loaf of bread, with delicious butter and Julie's homemade damson jam. In the fridge was milk and a very lovely chilled bottle of wine - what more could you want? The lodge is spacious and the amenities are excellent, with iPhone chargers, small sound speaker, hairdryer, coffee machine - the list could go on and on. Julie and Alistair (and Wilma the dog) were delightful, friendly, and all made the stay simply the best. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is close to Cambridge so you can pop in for the day - and there are lots of other places to visit close by. Book it - you won't regret it!”

You can now find Rosemead Lodge on Vrbo, and the first three bookings will get a 20% discount! This can be for a stay at any time of year, but the booking must be made before end September latest.
After 20 months on Airbnb we now have 100% 5* reviews. People seem to love our lodge, and we love having guests to stay!

Our latest guest had this to say about the Lodge. “This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. In particular the bathroom. I added it up and I have been in 13 bathrooms across 5 countries since late May and this is by far the best fitted out”. Perhaps this is because we supply White Company toiletries and plenty of loo rolls. Not to mention the soft fluffy towels! placestostay

We have a fabulous new addition to our garden - the sculpture “Stranded Head” by Diane Maclean. Guests in the Lodge are welcome to stroll through our pretty and peaceful gardens.

We really enjoy welcoming guests to our home. We feel like we’ve created a little bit of paradise in Cambridgeshire, and we love to share it! The Lodge is tucked away and private but you’re free to wander the gardens and meet our animals. It’s an idyllic place to stay placestostay
