A little moment from The Colonel's Review in London on 6 June 2026. 🇬🇧💂‍♂️

Perhaps it was a good thing that this came towards the end of the event. One of the horses became unsettled by the atmosphere, but thankfully the experienced riders were able to calm the situation quite quickly.

These great ceremonial occasions are impressive to watch, and it's easy to forget how much is being asked of both the riders and their horses

A few people have messaged me after my recent videos from London during The Colonel's Review, saying they enjoyed seeing a glimpse of the day.

That made me realise I still have a few interesting clips that I haven't shared yet, so I thought I'd post them here.

I know it's not Cambridge, but London is only about an hour south of us, and many of you have a connection with both cities.

A different view of Cambridge today 🇬🇧⚡

For a few minutes, the rain came down incredibly heavily across the city. I was lucky enough to capture this lightning flash over Great Court at Trinity College.

The storm passed quickly, but it certainly made for a memorable scene.
