5 weeks ago my client came up to me in the gym for advice on fitness and nutrition. I immediately offered him a complementary session to aid his training and he in turn signed up to see me on a weekly basis. In return I gave him a full fitness program (specific to his navy training) and a nutritional guide. Here's the result's so far....

Hey guys! This year is teaming up with GCC (Gareth Crothers Conditioning) to help teams across south Wales (any team sport) in their pre-season training. Keep this in mind and ask your coach what your team is doing this summer as we could certainly help in improve your team's fitness and give you a vital edge for the start of next season.

5 weeks ago Becky teamed up with and decided to sign up for two sessions a week. Since then I have rapidly progressed her training and she is coming along brilliantly. As she is not currently training for anything but her own personal well being, she came training this week with a big smile on her face with the amount of compliments she has received from friends and family about her shape (stomach, legs and glutes). She cannot wait to continue to see the results! Whats more, her friends have been in touch and will be getting them on board asap!

This weekend a friend of mine got hold of me via to inquire about my training and I how can help him achieve his goals by April. In turn, I provided a complementary session and showed him many different aspects of exercising and he thoroughly enjoyed the session. He is now on board as one of my clients and we together with attain his personal goals! - This can be you too guys...get in touch if yourself, a friend or family member would like an introductory session whether your a member at DW gym or not.

Big day today, great crossfit session with fellow PT Rhys Lloyd, all clients busted a gut in the aim to achieving their specific goals, finished off with an isolated chest & core workout. Back in tomorrow at 8am so come in and say hello!
