ur in two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into two singles and the other a double bed with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions with in-built DVD players and Freeview. The main bathroom has a bath, over-head shower, toilet and wash basin. The open plan living space consists of a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dining table set alongside the log burning fire, seats six. Two leather settees in the lounge area provide the perfect place to relax. The lounge is fitted with a large flat screen television with Freeview HD. The property has gas central heating. All linen, towels and central heating costs are included. One basket of logs is provided per stay and there is free Wi-Fi access. Outside is a small communal patio area with table and chairs. There is access to a secure storage unit and a bike rack. There is a car park space for one car. The Penny Black is non-smoking and can accommodate one well behaved dog. Amenities, all within walking distance, include a Post Office, Pharmacy, Village Store, Hairdresser, Gift Shop, Launderette, Pub serving food, a Chinese Takeaway and Indian Restaurant/Takeaway. The sheltered, blue flag, sandy beaches of Aberporth make this seaside village one of Ceredigion’s favourite holiday destinations. At low tide, rock pools are exposed and seals, dolphins and otters can often be seen close to shore. The walks along Ceredigion’s Heritage Coast in the Aberporth area are truly spectacular.
