When someone asks you to help plan a trip exploring WWII sights… you can imagine how excited I was! 🇫🇷✈️

Having a degree in History, this is exactly the kind of trip I couldn’t wait to get stuck into. Being able to combine my love of history with my love of travel and create an itinerary that brings the past to life is right up my street!

From historic battlefields and memorials to museums, landing beaches and the stories behind them, there is SO much to explore. ❤️

And honestly, this is one of the things I love most about what I do — travel can be so much more than just a holiday. It can be about discovering, learning, remembering and experiencing the history of a place for yourself.

So, time to put that History degree to good use… 📚➡️✈️

I think this is going to be a pretty special trip to plan! I hope they love it as much as I have 🇫🇷❤️

🌲 Sometimes you just need to escape for a few days…

I’ve honestly not had the easiest month, so when my birthday came around, I decided there was no better way to spend it than getting away from the everyday for a little while. 🤍

Tomorrow we’re packing up and heading off for a long weekend camping near the Forest of Dean⛺️🌿

And I’m already looking forward to swapping the usual routine for fresh air, countryside, family time and hopefully a LOT of walking. 🥾

One of my jobs tonight? Finding some lovely circular pub walks for us to try while we’re there. Because obviously a good countryside walk deserves a cosy pub at the end of it! 😂🍻

After the month I’ve had, I think being surrounded by nature, getting out walking and just having some proper time together is exactly what I need.

It’s funny because when I think about travel, I don’t just think about flights and big holidays.

Sometimes travel is a tent, muddy boots, a beautiful walk, a pub lunch and a few days away with the people you love.🤍

And maybe that’s why I love what I do so much — helping people find those little escapes and experiences that give you something to look forward to. 🌍✨

Now… back to researching those pub walks! 👀🥾

✨ Something very exciting is happening...✨

We only got back from holiday recently, and before we'd even unpacked, we were already planning our next two adventures for Eleni! 🥹✈️💕

Now, before anyone says she's got ages... yes, she doesn't actually start school until 2028! But that's exactly why we want to make the most of these precious preschool years while we have the flexibility to travel outside of school holidays.

One of the trips is something we've dreamed about for a long time, and I honestly cannot wait to share it with you all. Let's just say it's going to be packed with memories, excitement and a little bit of magic. ❤️

It got me thinking...

✨ Off to Neverland... with a little unexpected magic! 🏴‍☠️🧚

Tonight was originally meant to be a girls' movie night while Tim was working late. I'd planned a Peter Pan-themed feast for Eleni, complete with our very own Neverland Treasure Board

On the menu we had...

🥒 Crocodile Crunch
🍅 Lost Boys Tomatoes
🧀 Pirate Cannonballs (Babybels)
🌭 Pirate Sausages
🍫 Treasure Coins (Giant Buttons)
⭐ Pixie dust
🍬 Lost Boy Treats
✨ mermaid islands

…plus apple juice for Eleni and a cheeky glass of sangria for me… because apparently I'm still mentally on my all-inclusive holiday in Tenerife! 🍷😂 At this rate, I'll be asking where the buffet is tomorrow morning!

But then, the best surprise happened...

Tim managed to finish work early! 🥹

What was meant to be a special mummy-and-daughter evening suddenly became an even more magical family movie night

We're all snuggled up together, surrounded by what feels like every Disney teddy we own, wrapped in blankets, stealing a million cuddles, and completely embracing the magic of Neverland. Watching Eleni's little face light up as she spots her favourite characters and gets lost in the story is a reminder that these are the moments she'll remember.

Sometimes it's not the big holidays or expensive days out that become your favourite memories. Sometimes it's sitting on the living room floor, sharing pizza, hunting for "treasure," laughing together, and making ordinary Friday nights feel just that little bit magical. ❤️

Last weekend looked very different... ☀️🍹🌊

This time last week, Eleni and I were soaking up the sunshine, splashing in the pool, and making the most of our holiday. If I'm honest, I'd absolutely love to be whisking her away again this weekend!

But this weekend is all about making memories a little closer to home... and I'm being SUPER brave! 🙈

Tim works a lot of weekends, so it's often just me and Eleni. We do get out and about, but it's usually somewhere local or over to see family. This weekend, though, I've decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and take her somewhere a little bigger... just the two of us!

So we've got the sweetest little plans:
🎬 A cosy mummy & daughter movie night on Friday.
🦒 A day at Marwell Zoo on Saturday. We've planned a huge picnic because apparently only ALL of her favourite foods will do! She has already put in her requests, so we'll be finding a spot on the grass to enjoy lunch together while watching the animals.
⚽ Then on Sunday we'll all be cheering on Spain in the World Cup final as a family.

I know it might not sound like a big deal to some people, but this feels like a huge step for me. Taking a very independent, adventurous toddler somewhere new on my own is definitely pushing me outside my comfort zone... but I also know these are the memories she'll remember.

One of the things I love most about this business is that it isn't just about holidays abroad (although you'll never hear me complain about those! 😉). It's about creating a life where I can make memories with Eleni, whether that's on a beach in the sunshine or sharing a picnic at the zoo.

Here's to making memories, wherever they happen. ❤️

✨ Calling all Disney lovers! ✨

I need your help! 💙🏰

As most of you know, Eleni is absolutely Disney obsessed! From the songs to the characters (and the endless dress-up sessions!), Disney is a huge part of our house. 🥹✨

Tim is working late on Friday, so I've decided we're going to make the most of it with a special Mummy & Daughter Disney Movie Night.🍿💕 I want to make it really magical, so we're going all out!

Now I need your recommendations...

🎬 What's your all-time favourite Disney film?
🍓 And what Disney-themed food or snacks should we make together?

I'm thinking fun ideas like Mickey pizzas, Olaf marshmallow treats or princess-inspired cupcakes, but I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the little holiday extras? ✨

When we arrived at our hotel, we were upgraded to All Inclusive Plus thanks to my travel business and the benefits that come with being a travel agent.

It's one of those little perks that made an already amazing holiday feel even more special.

Special areas to eat just us? ✔️
Even more reasons to relax? Absolutely! 🍹☀️

It's moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. I don't just get to help other families plan incredible holidays… I get to enjoy some fantastic perks with my family too
