Well done to our brilliant engineers Brian Lander and Jeff Kelsey who received some wonderful feedback from Basildon Borough Council residents. The couple took the time and effort to email the office and express their thanks.

As over 70s and with one of them being extremely vulnerable as a chronic COPD sufferer, they were understandably very anxious about the prospect of strangers in their home carrying out a five year electrical inspection.

We're so proud of Brian and Jeff for being able to put them at ease and make sure that their home was electrically safe. Shout out also to our wonderful Customer Service Team who were able to reassure them over the phone when booking the appointment.

In these difficult times we all need some reassurance and positivity every now and then. Great job team!

Huge congratulations to our newly qualified Apprentice Joe Andrewartha! 👏💪⭐ We're delighted that after four years of training, study and gaining experience, Joe is now a qualified electrician and is staying with us to continue his career. After being tested on site, Joe will potentially be running his own small commercial projects.

DSA Electrical Contracts Manager Tom Morris, who also oversees our Apprenticeship Programme said "Joe is a valued member of the team and has an outstanding attitude to work. He does as he is asked and also uses his initiative. He is very neat and tidy and his workmanship is of a high standard."

As is custom at DSA Electrical, Joe was presented with his certificate and a bottle of champagne by one of our Directors to celebrate his achievement.
