All these items were purchased for the courses run by Outdoor Performance Coaching. They have been used a maximum of half a dozen times over the last two years. They have been stored dry and well looked after/ cared for. Due to a recent house move and now a lack of storage space, plus the new focus to coaching updates and rescue courses, these items are now up for sale. A reminder things can go wrong but good quick rescue work by the guys. Impressive recovery.

Mountainbiking at Cleeve, new upride, ran a loop and new downhill route found, shame i had to to the same upwalk twice. Bike is very heavy when steep, control improving. Need to work on shifting body weight and drop offs.

Amazing day today on Dartmoor. Paddles the Upper (level just covering the slab), then paddled the loop with Ad, with lots of playing. Thanks to Pez, Ad, and Shane for a quality day on the river. Home at a descent hour too- bonus points. feel much better in a boat today and more paddle fit.
