Summer is coming to The Meadows, Chidham...🌞

As the spring daffodils disappear, they’re giving way to some early summer colour around the grounds of The Meadows, here by Chichester Harbour.

The oak trees are already coming into leaf and the fruit trees in the orchard are in full blossom, all alive with the sound of birdsong. On the ground, little pockets of colour are appearing everywhere signalling that summer is almost here.

In the paddocks, our horses are enjoying grazing under warmer blue skies while the deer, foxes and rabbits are busy going about their business 🐴
