Jody and Kieron would love to welcome you to their 3 bedroom caravan at Highfield Grange Holiday Park in Clacton-on-Sea.
Located a few miles from the sea and the Clacton pier as well as being close to other popular beaches such as Walton and Frinton, Highfield Grange In Essex is located close to the A12 a short distance from Colchester. There are lots of great local attractions close by as well as fantastic park facilities on site including an indoor and outside pool with a great water slide, play park, restaurant and show bar as well as a supermarket on site. A 24 hour Tesco superstore is located across the road from the site as well as McDonald’s, Pizza Hut restaurant, Lidl and KFC! 💃🕺
The caravan offers a cosy environment to relax in. beds are made up ready for your arrival so you can kick back and enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive. WiFi is available in the caravan as well as a smart TV in the lounge. A hair dryer is provided as well as an iron and ironing board should you need it. There is a launderette located on site which is payable locally. Guests are required to bring their own towels.

The cost to rent the accommodation includes gas,electric,bedding& WiFi
Prices vary depending on dates.
**A £50,non-refundable,payment is required to secure dates with remaining balance & deposits due no later than 14 days before arrival.No refunds given within 14 days of arrival date unless Government restricts travel to the area.Travel insurance should cover any other eventuality.
** **A £100 damages/excessive cleaning deposit is required.This is refundable within 7 days of departure once lodge has been checked for soiling/damage.🔦

🤫🤫We are a Low Noise Policy so everyone can have a peaceful holiday.
💷Full Payments, Deposits and Final Balances.
In the event of non-payment of the final balance by due date, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and no refund will be given.
🐮Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to keep any monies paid as a cancellation fee.
You are advised to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover this eventuality.
No shows will be treated the same as a cancellation.
**Guests in booking party inability to stay at caravan for any of the following reasons-but not limited to-
Illness(including COVID),a requirement to shield,self isolate, quarantine, jury service,military service,family emergencies,personal/work circumstances,travel delays,vehicle breakdown. These remain YOUR risk & do not give rise to a right to cancel or refund.
If YOU choose not to take out travel insurance then YOU accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid.

Special Offer prices/tariffs do not apply to existing bookings that were taken at an earlier date when the regular tariff still applied.

👨👩👧👧Occupancy
Only the families/persons quoted when booking are allowed to stay at the caravan. No third parties are allowed to stay or use the caravan facilities and holidays booked are not transferable.
🔑Access
As the owner of the caravan, we reserve the right to gain access at any reasonable time during occupancy if required . As owners we shall not be responsible for the death or personal injury to a guest or loss, damage or accident to personal property. One of our representatives shall be allowed access at any reasonable time during occupancy for the purpose of emergency maintenance or repair or any other need. You will be informed beforehand.
In the event of misbehaviour or other necessary causes, the owner reserves the right to terminate the let without any refunds.
🌅Condition of Property & Breakages
Guests are responsible for the condition of the caravan and the furniture and fittings therein. Whilst accepting that the caravan is cleaned between 'lets', the guest shall leave the caravan in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. In the event of the caravan being left in an unsatisfactory state, then a charge will be made on top of the tariff to cover costs including cleaning, laundry and other costs incurred.
We ask that any breakages or faulty equipment be reported so that we may replace them. In the case of breakages, a replacement charge will be made or if you break it please replace it 🆕
👜🎒Arrival and Departure
Guests should arrive from 4pm and vacate the caravan by 10am on day of departure.If the caravan is ready earlier we will inform you & you may be able to arrive earlier.👍
🔑🔑It is guest responsibility to ensure keys are returned to the key safe and secured here. return address on your departure. If key fails to arrive a charge of £50 will be made for replacements.
