Our sales team is headed up by Colin McDonald and Simone Wiggans, both with over 21 years loyal service to Yates & Co, and assisted by Victoria Townson who has been with us for over 13 years. Chris Yates, founder and managing director of the company, makes up the 4th member of the sales team. We offer an unrivaled level of customer service, which includes unbiased advice on the whole range of natural roofing slates available, to suit every budget. We also provide free quantity take-off from scaled drawings and, for complicated and time-consuming random and diminishing course roofs, we can provide coursing, holing and batten plans. From our large storage and distribution centre in Clitheroe, Lancashire we regularly deliver nationwide to destinations from Aberdeen to Plymouth and all points in-between. We operate our own fleet of wagons, each equipped with demountable forklift trucks, invaluable on many occasions with awkward site deliveries.
