Looking for a last-minute break away?
We are available to book for 3 nights or more from the 7th to the 20th June, a few spaces in July and August then September on.

A holiday at Ty Howton can be more than visiting the beautiful countryside and coast, Swansea's most famous resident was Dylan Thomas, and you can visit both the Dylan Thomas Centre and the house he was born in. There is the National Waterfront Museum at the Marina, The Swansea Museum, The Egypt Centre and the Glyn Vivian Art Gallery.

Love to visit beautiful Gardens when you are on holiday? Our favourite 3 gardens are easy to visit from Ty Howton- Clyne Gardens, The National Botanic Gardens and Aberglasney and are within 30 to 40 minutes drive away. Ty Howton also has a lovely garden!

In addition to the wonderful countryside, Ty Howton is conveniently located for trips to the Cinema , Theatre and Museums . The Pontardawe Arts Centre is 10 minutes drive away and has a compact and shiny new Cinema. The Grand Theatre in Swansea is half an hour away, Swansea Museum and the Waterfront Museum are 25 minutes away. There are also Vue and The Odeon cinemas, and the Gwyn Hall is in Neath and 23 minutes away (I just looked at their website, some great shows there!)
