Well that is Taste Cumbria over for another year, although they are often back in December for a smaller event. It was a great event and the town was buzzing over the two days. The event has grown and changed over the years and is a success for the town. To many lovely things bought, eaten and drunk and fab events too. See you next time

Our little town is turning itself into a charity bonanza next weekend and we’re doing our bit too! We are selling raffle tickets for three WZ foodie prizes: 1st a three course meal for two delivered to your door, 2nd a lunch of your choice with a drink and a cake, 3rd a family meal deal to collect for the weekend. Good innit!!! We are supporting team Evie, a local charity who does amazing work supporting families with poorly children. They are fantastic, look them up
