☔The sun didn’t shine – but we did.

What happens when your incentive trip to a sunny island gets hit by rain, storms and unexpected challenges? You turn it into an experience your team will never forget (for all the right reasons). That’s exactly what we did for one client recently. Their trip to Malta was meant to be all blue skies, boat trips and alfresco dinners. But when the weather forecast took a sharp turn, so did we.

With quick thinking, strong local partnerships and some creative replanning, our team kept the energy high, the agenda seamless and the experience inspiring – whatever the weather.
