What a fantastic travel event last night in Londonderry! 🧳✈️🌍

A big thank you to Altura and Galaxi for hosting a brilliant evening at the beautiful Waterfoot Hotel. 🏨💛

It was lovely meeting face-to-face with suppliers, catching up with familiar faces and making new connections, all while learning about the wonderful hotels and resorts available for couples, families and groups.

Whether you’re dreaming of the beautiful beaches of Menorca, Salou, Tenerife or Lanzarote ☀️🌴, or fancy travelling a little further afield to Mexico 🇲🇽, Jamaica 🇯🇲 or the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, there are so many amazing options to explore!

Of course, it wasn’t all work! 😜 We enjoyed a delicious dinner, great company and some lucky travel agents even walked away with some fantastic prizes! 🎁🥂

Today is a special one as it’s the hubby’s birthday! 🥳🎂❤️ So, a little birthday celebrating is definitely on the cards!

Then this evening I’m off to a travel networking event in Londonderry and I’m SO excited! 😆✈️ I love getting out to meet people, connecting with others in the travel industry, learning new things and building relationships. 🌍🤝

🇪🇸❤️ Barcelona… our final port of call on this cruise! 🚢✨

Well, yesterday was our last port of the cruise for us this time, and what a place to finish… one of our absolute FAVOURITES, Barcelona! 😍🇪🇸

We disembarked with all our luggage and grabbed a taxi to Plaça de Catalunya, where we popped our bags into luggage storage. So handy, as it’s close to the airport bus stop for later! 🧳🚌

With around 4 hours to explore, we headed off to revisit some of our favourite shops, enjoy a few lovely cafés and, of course, have a wander around the market. ☕🛍️🥐

And then there’s Käthe Wohlfahrt… 🎄❤️ If you know, you know! 😂🙌 A Christmas shop that’s magical all year round! Who else could resist popping in there? 🎅✨

Before we knew it, our time in Barcelona was up, so we collected our luggage and hopped on the airport bus ready for our flight home. ✈️🏡

And just like that, another adventure comes to an end! 🥹❤️

From beautiful destinations and exploring new places to relaxing sea days, amazing food and unforgettable moments… we’ve made so many more memories to treasure. 🌍🌊

🌊☕ A CHILLED SEA DAY ABOARD THE SUN PRINCESS 🛳️✨

Well, yesterday was a sea day, and Mother Nature certainly made her presence felt! 🌊😂

We had some rough seas and the ship was rocking a little, with a few outdoor areas having to close due to the wind. Definitely a day to keep our sea legs steady! 😜

So, what do you do when the weather has other plans? You make the most of everything indoors! 🥰

🎬 Watching movies
🎶 Visiting the different entertainment venues to listen to the talented performers
🛍️ A little bit of shopping
☕ And, of course, plenty of coffee stops!

Sometimes the best cruise days are the ones where you have absolutely nothing planned, nowhere you need to be and no rushing around. ❤️

Just relaxing, enjoying the ship and going with the flow… even when the sea has other ideas! 🌊🤣

Now, onto our next stop… 🇪🇸 BARCELONA — and our final destination of this trip!

Let’s make the most of our last port before this amazing adventure comes to an end. 🥹❤️

🇮🇹 Naples, Italy! 🍕☔️

Well, yesterday we arrived in beautiful Naples! 🇮🇹❤️

One of the great things about this port is that you can simply walk straight off the ship and find yourself right in the middle of everything, ready to explore. No complicated transfers needed! 🙌

The morning wasn’t too bad, but then those dark clouds rolled in, and we had thunder and lightning for most of the day! ⛈️🌧️ Not quite the Italian sunshine we had hoped for! 😂

So, we hopped back onboard, grabbed ourselves a nice hot coffee and got dried off! ☕️🤣 Sometimes you just have to go with the flow when travelling!

But the day wasn’t over yet! ✨

In the evening, we enjoyed the Candlelight Concert in The Dome, followed by the late show, Viva La Música, in the Princess Arena. 🎶💃

Both shows were absolutely fantastic, but the energy, music and incredible costumes in Viva La Música were simply mind-blowing! 🔥😍 What a way to finish the day!

Even with the weather doing its best to spoil our plans, we still had a brilliant day in Naples. ❤️

🇮🇹 Now it’s time for a SEA DAY! 🚢☀️

A day to relax, enjoy the ship, soak up whatever sunshine we can find and recharge before our next adventure! 🥂

☀️ GOOD MORNING! ☀️

Well yesterday was all about the beautiful Messina, Sicily 🇮🇹

Messina sits on the north-eastern tip of Sicily, overlooking the Strait of Messina, and is a lovely mix of history, beautiful architecture, little shops, cafés and those gorgeous Italian streets. 🇮🇹☀️

We had a fabulous day exploring on foot, starting with a visit to the stunning Messina Cathedral and crypt. ⛪️

Then it was time for coffee in the piazza ☕️ while watching the famous astronomical clock show — definitely something not to miss when visiting Messina! 🕰️

We wandered through the little shops, explored the streets and enjoyed plenty of sunshine… although WOW, it was HOT! 🥵☀️

I honestly can’t imagine how warm it must get here in the height of summer! 😂

Then it was back onboard Sun Princess for a chilled afternoon lounging around the pool, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the live band. 🎶🛳️

Later we enjoyed a lovely dinner overlooking the aft of the ship as we sailed away from Messina — the perfect way to finish the day. ❤️

And of course… there may have been a cheeky little visit to the Princess shops afterwards! 😜🛍️

Another fantastic day of our cruise and another destination ticked off the list. ✅

🇮🇹 Today… it’s NAPLES! 🇮🇹

I wonder what adventures we’ll find there… 👀

🌿🇬🇷 Yesterday was all about beautiful Corfu! 🇬🇷🌿

We decided to take a leisurely stroll from the ship into Corfu Old Town — around a 15-minute walk, so nice and easy! 🚶‍♀️ You could also hop on a bus or grab a taxi if walking isn’t your thing.

We spent a good few hours exploring the beautiful Old Town, and honestly, I can’t believe this was my first time in Corfu! 😍

The streets are just gorgeous — a real mix of Venetian influence, colourful buildings, little balconies, narrow cobbled lanes and hidden corners to discover. 🇬🇷✨ There are so many little shops, cafés and restaurants tucked away amongst the winding streets, so you can easily lose a few hours just wandering around and seeing where you end up.

Of course, there were a few cheeky purchases along the way 🛍️😂 and we stopped for a lovely coffee ☕️ and an AMAZING frozen yoghurt 🍦 — because holidays need snacks, right?!

Corfu really is beautiful and definitely somewhere I’d love to explore more of. 💙

Then it was back to the ship for another stunning sunset sail away 🌅🚢

Next stop… SICILY! 🇮🇹❤️

This cruise is certainly ticking off some beautiful destinations! 🌍✨

✨ BAR, MONTENEGRO 🇲🇪✨

Yesterday we arrived in beautiful Bar, Montenegro and what a gorgeous day we had! ☀️

The weather was absolutely beautiful and disembarkation was quick and easy. We hopped straight onto the shuttle outside the port and then set off to explore. 🚍

We wandered around the harbour, discovered a few different beaches and then found the perfect little beach restaurant for lunch. 🏖️🍴

And honestly… €15 for lunch for two people INCLUDING drinks, sitting right on the beach with an amazing view! 😍🍹

You really can’t complain about that! What a lovely little find. ❤️

After a quick spot of shopping 🛍️, we headed back onboard Sun Princess for more relaxing and sunbathing. ☀️🛳️

The sail away from Bar was beautiful too — the perfect way to finish another lovely day.

And today… CORFU 🇬🇷💙

But for now, I’m just soaking up this peaceful morning, enjoying the sunshine and doing absolutely nothing… well, apart from drinking coffee! 😂☕️

Sometimes cruising really is about slowing down, enjoying the views and simply relaxing. ❤️

Another beautiful day, another memory made. ✨

🌊☀️ SEA DAY – SAILING TOWARDS MONTENEGRO 🇲🇪🛳️

Well, yesterday was a sea day as we sailed towards Montenegro and honestly… I LOVE a sea day! 😍

There’s just something about having absolutely nowhere you need to be and being able to do as much or as little as you fancy.

After last week climbing mountains in Poland 😜, I knew my first sea day on this cruise was going to be all about CHILLING! 😂

We started the day with breakfast in our cabin 🥐☕️, then watched a salsa class while enjoying a coffee break 💃☕️ before heading up to the pool deck to soak up some sunshine for the afternoon. ☀️🏖️

And of course, because it was Sunday, we had to watch the NFL 🏈 — just like we normally do at home!

No rushing.
No pressure.
No alarm clock telling me where I need to be.

Just time to relax, enjoy the sea views and actually switch off. 💙

And the best part? I’ve already managed to read a couple of books on this trip! 📚😍

Honestly, I couldn’t tell you the last time I had the chance to sit down and properly read a book. Sometimes you really do need to step away from the everyday hustle and give yourself permission to slow down.

Today we’re in Bar, Montenegro 🇲🇪…

So, I wonder what adventures we’ll get up to today? 👀
