Our core business is Zircon Consulting which provides custom made solutions in Talent Assessment, Coaching, Development, and Engagement. We have worked closely with our clients, building knowledge about their business so that our solutions are grounded in a thorough understanding of their culture and strategy. In addition to the consulting work we undertake we also run Zircon Resourcing which has

supplied experienced Occupational Psychologists, HR Consultants and Executive Coaches to a range of consultancy organisations since 2000. We are the preferred supplier to many consultancies and we regularly work with over 50 consultancy clients, who regularly tap into our database of over 120 Occupational Psychologists and HR professionals for project work and delivery. To support our resourcing clients by being flexible and cost effective, supplying associates with experience in the full range of HR and Occupational Psychology services. To respond to all requests quickly and professionally, to meet client demands and supply high quality associates on a daily, weekly, monthly, interim or ongoing basis. To inspire our consultancy clients to achieve their goals and objectives through providing a customised and holistic service when attracting, developing, coaching and retaining their people.
