Do you know a Jayne? This one is for her 😜 it’s also our wine of the week, chosen by Jack!

This wine is from the Beaumont estate in South Africa, Jayne sold the vineyard to her son Sebastian in 2015 but she still lives on the farm and makes her own Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under her own ‘Jayne’s’ label.

This is a delightful Pinot Noir with silky smooth tannins and a deep complexity with delicate flavours. An earthy red with blackberries, plums, nuances of spice, green herbs, a slight smokiness and a long harmonious finish.

We’re certain that whether or not you’re called Jayne, you’ll love this excellent Pinot Noir!
