Gas Safety Testing

For domestic properties.
All our engineers are fully training and Gas Safe Registered.
An annual gas safety check is required to be performed on all gas appliances and flues. An appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineer should always carry out this check. This check is necessary to ensure the safety of your tenants and employees. After completing this, our engineers will provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate containing information on each inspection performed.
What happens after placing my order?
Once you've scheduled an appointment, one of our qualified Gas Safe engineers will arrive on the specified date and time to perform the test(s), offering professional advice throughout. They will collect the necessary information and send it to our office. If the tests are successful, a certificate will be issued within 48 hours. If the tests fail, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Gas Appliances are: Boilers, Hobs, Ovens, Fridges and Fire Places.

COMMERCIAL PAT TESTING SERVICE

What happens after placing my order. You will get an email confirming your order with the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to attend at you Property or site location. Our Pat testing engineers will then carry out the testing and inspection then register and label each item tested. Any failed items will be reported to the responsible person, and a fail label sticker added to the failed item. After the pat testing is complete the engineer will send the information back to the office, Where the report will be ready to email you a PDF format with a Portable Appliance register and pat test certificate of compliance for you to produce and keep for your pat records. On some larger jobs we can put multiple pat test engineers on request. The pat reports are emailed to you within 24hrs of completed job. Note our pat engineers will contact you in the event of them running behind time on their daily visits for testing. We endeavor to get to you on time.
EET - Pat testing retest date will be on the pat certification provided and we will send a reminder 1 month before it is due to expire, to give you time if you wanted to re book back in before expiry. You will be invoiced on completion of testing but note certification will not be released until payment is made. Unless you are an existing account customer, or this has been pre agreed.

FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS

What happens after placing my FRA order.
You will get an email confirming your Fire risk assessment order with the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to attend at you Property or your requested site location. Our London fire surveyor will then carry out the fire risk assessment taking notes of everything in the specified area being assessed, and what safety measures are there and what is not there. From alarms fire extinguishers Em lights etc and then seeing if you have any policies or fire procedures in place. This Includes the fire risk logbook exits and more, collecting all the information we require. After the London survey is complete the surveyor will send the information back to the office, where the fire risk assessment report will be ready to email you in a PDF format. The report is normally a 8-page document with characteristics of your property, the results of the survey and possible recommendations depending on what you have there in your property

We carry out PAT testing for most industries. From Landlords to Offices, Events to Construction sites and DJ's to Schools

From as little as £35 depending on your location and number of items. We offer a full service of PAT testing at the following rates: Up to 15 items £45, additional items @ £1.00 Our standard service for Landlords, and building sites. Up to 50 items £65, additional items @ .90p Our standard service for Offices. Up to 200 items £150, additional items @ .80p Our standard service for Schools, large Offices, Doctors etc at a single site. We also offer an emergency light testing service, the full three hour test, along side our PAT testing service DJ's we offer a full PAT testing service for all your disco equipment..
