Meet Harly (The Boss) @ The Boudingait Cupar Now this is a cafe I really must get on my human's diary!

We are very DOG FRIENDLY here at The Boudingait. Meet Harley (The Boss) ... he loves other dogs and is happy to share his treats.

We have water, toys & blankets ... and even special lead hooks so you can eat with both hands!

We can also provide a "pup supper" for our four legged friends, on request.

(Dogs must be kept on their lead at all times)

Not a Dog fan? ... please let us know when booking and we will do our best to ensure you are not seated too close.

Hello pals - Luca here. It really doesn't seem a year since I moved up to Dalgety Bay in Fife with my humans. For six years I ran a successful Dog Friendly Lincolnshire page, sharing my adventures with pictures and reviews. While exploring the Coastal Path I've sniffed out some amazing places and I'm really not ready to retire yet. Follow me at Dog Friendly Edinburgh and Fife including Dalgety Bay - and don't forget to say hello if you see me

Hello pals - just checking in to reveal the location featured in my Monday quiz. Yes, you guessed it - it's Outboard at Scotts - South Queensferry (https://www.facebook.com/ScottsSouthQueensferry). South Queensferry has lots of dog friendly cafes, bars and shops but Scotts go Overboard, literally. With a fresh water dispenser as soon as you trot through the door, we have our own menu and there is always a welcoming smile. Outboard is the inside/ outside experience but I settled near a heater to make sure my humans didn't get too chilly while I tucked into a delicious cup of sausages. Oh my word they were good! You can tempt humans down there with the views of the bridges and Port Edgar Marina. In a separate building you'll find Scotts' special dining experience but beware of the country clothing store below it - humans seemed far too interested in there so it can get time consuming if you want to get out and explore.

Here's a paws up for the Forth Coast Veterinary Clinic in Dalgety Bay. One of the biggest jobs when you arrive at your new homeis sniffing out the people who will take care of you - especially when you are nearly 13 like me. It's also important to get the right people for your humans, who worry about us from the moment we arrive as a fun loving bundle of fun to later when life throws us a few curve balls. Meet Alex and the gang at the Forth Coast Veterinary Clinic. Alex, Veterinary Surgeon & Director, wanted to make sure I got the best fun out of exploring Dalgety Bay in spite of being diagnosed with a heart murmour. He called on his pal and Veterinary Surgeon Conor, who also works at the practice and gives an excellent ear rub to settle me down, to sort me out with new meds and I'm raring to go. The rest of the team are great too. And it's worth noting that Emily, who has been nominated for Petplan’s Practice Manager of the Year, and Administrator and Receptionist Katie, who is Alex's partner, have treats on the desk! There's a new member of the team too, Alan the Registered Veterinary Nurse. You'll find the vets at 10 Regents Way, near Tesco and lots of dog friendly cafes and bars I've still to explore.
