If the wind forecast stays as it is (fairly warm and no wind) we'll have some spaces on our Open Water Coaching SUP session this Sunday (13 February)! The plan is to go around either Craigleith or Bass Rock depending on the group's ability. The session includes open water safety training, self rescue techniques and aiding others who might get in trouble.

Minimum requirements:
- being able to confidently paddle in flat water and we'll help with working on your efficient paddle strokes.
- if you don't have your own board we've got a fleet of the highest quality SUP's on the market (wetsuits included) available on the day.

It’s been fairly windy and choppy so far this year but hopefully things will calm down for a couple of days :) We are running our winter coaching sessions - both on enclosed and in the open waters. So if you’re keen to up your game or nail the SUP basics - give us a shout!
