❌ They booked… then cancelled. Were we disappointed? Not at all.

A guest recently booked one of our homes via Booking.com.

As soon as they saw that we require a refundable security deposit and for guests to agree to our terms and conditions, they cancelled.

Were we disappointed? Definitely not.

Our house rules are in place for a reason, to protect our homes, our neighbours, and most importantly so our genuine guests who want a clean, calm, professional place to stay.

We don’t host parties.
We don’t bend the rules.
And we’re proud of that.

✅ What we do offer is beautifully maintained, well-managed accommodation for people who appreciate comfort, respect, and a good night’s sleep.

This morning I’ve been on Zoom with Roger from Zeevou — our channel manager partner — getting our seven new ensuite units in Stapleford ready to go live on all the major booking platforms.
