Ensure Client Financial Satisfaction - Our pro-active approach pre-contract allows both parties to realise financial implications/savings aiding the commercial teams forecasts throughout the duration of the works and laying footings for a trouble free final account. We take great pride in all aspects of delivering our projects inline with the three objectives and this ethos is instilled in all employees and supply chain members who make up the Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd team.

Join us in welcoming Meher Sheikh to as our new BMH Apprentice Office Administrator!

"I'm so excited to have the opportunity of being an Office Admin Apprentice at Phoenix BMH! Although I've only been here for a short time, I have learnt so much from the lovely team who have helped me feel so welcomed, and have been able to pick up many new skills as well as develop on my previous knowledge of business. I'm looking forward to continuing my apprenticeship here and I'm excited to see where it takes me!"

Brickwork - Steve Major
Steve, Our Site Manager at Wellingborough School, has been doing an excellent job leading the site. His attention to detail and quality has ensured the project is being delivered to the high standards our clients expect. A well deserved recognition - well done Steve!

SFS - Pete Watson
Pete was first recognised by our client, Torsion Construction on Hollis Croft in Sheffield, for stepping up during annual leave cover. He kept operations running smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on safety, ensuring the site continued to run efficiently. We wanted to further extend our gratitude to Pete for all of his hard work with this recognition.

Scaffolding - Kevin Finlayson
Kev, Our Scaffolding Design Engineer, is always the first to jump in and solve issues without hesitation. His technical expertise and willingness to support colleagues across projects make a huge difference. Kev consistently gives 100% and plays a vital role in ensuring scaffolding works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Office - Andris Ruslevics
As our Systems Manager, Andris is a cornerstone of support for every department. Always approachable and happy to help, he regularly goes above and beyond to resolve challenges and keep things moving.

This week at our Sweet Street project in Leeds, our site team took part in Siderise fire stopping training.

The session focused on best practices for installing Siderise fire barriers, ensuring our work not only meets but exceeds safety and compliance standards.

This is a fantastic step forward for our SFS Division, with 5 team members now trained as FIRAS Supervisor and several now fully qualified as FIRAS technicians.

It reflects our ongoing commitment to fire safety, quality assurance, and providing our clients with complete, compliant solutions from start to finish.

Works are progressing well on site where Phoenix Brickwork and BMH Scaffolding are working together for our valued client Willmott Dixon.

Infills works on cluster blocks A & B are now underway and expected to be completed in the coming weeks ahead of programme.

Preparation are in place for the townhouses, with work due to begin later this month.

A great team effort so far, with more progress to come.

Martyn Davies plays a key role as Site Administrator, and his continued support to the site teams has been outstanding. From monitoring quality to completing all relevant paperwork to a brilliant standard, Martyn's attention to detail and dedication make a real difference to the team. SFS - Tim Parker
Tim has gone above and beyond stepping in to cover absences, taking charge when needed, and playing a key role in the smooth start-up of new projects. His reliability and positive attitude continue to make a real impact. Well Done Tim and thank you for your continued hard work!

Scaffolding - James Marshall
Congratulations to this months winner of the Certificate of appreciation James Marshall.
James is the scaffold supervisor at our Hucknall site for valued client Deeley Group. Throughout this project, James has shown great leadership and professionalism within his role, keeping this very fast paced project on schedule and within budget. The client has often expressed their admiration for James and his team and their can do attitude. It’s always a pleasure to share the comments to our teams from our clients as they deserve the accreditation for their achievements on site.

We’re now nearing the finish line at Hollis Croft for Torsion Construction, with just the final works to complete on levels 14, 15 & 16.

The team has stayed ahead of programme throughout, and we’re on track to complete 4 weeks early — a real credit to the excellent efforts of everyone involved.

Big thanks to DEN Architecture and Kingspan Insulated Panels UK & Ireland for their technical support, and to our fantastic site team for their hard work.

We’re proud to celebrate SFS Site Manager Pete Watson, who has received a Safety Award from our client Torsion Construction for his work at Hollis Croft in Sheffield!

Pete was recognised for stepping up and taking charge during a period of annual leave cover — keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining an excellent safety culture on site.

A huge well done from all of us at Phoenix, and a big thank you to Torsion Construction for the recognition.
