A gentle walking guided tour that lasts 1.5hrs so please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers and be prepared for rain, this is England after all! Your guide will be Jim Smith who for many years was a local headteacher and who currently also works part time at Wadworth Brewery in the Visitors Centre. ng tour which will open your eyes to the wonderful market town of Devizes. Tours will start from the wide pavement area just outside The White Bear public house or The Muck & Funder rum bar and end in the market place...are you sensing a theme here at all? The tour will start at 1030, please meet 10 minutes before outside The White Bear. The guided tour will be just over 1.8 miles in length with frequent stops for information and questions, so the pace is leisurely and manageable for most folk.
