I’m so excited to be heading off on Legend of the Seas with my family this October half term.

My out of office will be on this week as I’m heading to Vichy, France today to play in The European Touch Championships as part of the England Women’s 45’s team 🙌🏻
I’ll also be supporting the tournament in a work capacity as I’ve also had the privilege of arranging the accommodation for almost 300 athletes and staff across two hotels, which involved coordinating:

* A large group booking of 150 rooms with guaranteed room allocations
* Daily coach transfers to and from the tournament pitches
* Dinner and menu arrangements with the hotels to suit athletes’ nutritional needs
* Detailed rooming lists and special requests for teams and staff
* Securing rooms for daily staff meetings

It has been a huge logistical project, but exactly the kind of complex group travel I love putting together.
If you are planning a sports tour, team trip, training camp or large group event and need someone to handle the logistics from start to finish, I’d be delighted to help once I am back.
