Our Story
Dover Sea Safari - we’ve been going since 2011 and are the only specific boat tour company operating from the Port of Dover with two boats that are purpose built to get you and your family out enjoying the our beautiful coastal area.
The Dover Sea Safari team are proud to boast that we have a tour that is suitable for all the family of whatever age and whatever ability......wheelchairs and assistance dogs are always welcome aboard.
Be welcomed aboard our purpose built comfortable but exhilarating Sea Safari RHIB, the Dover Explorer. Or venture out on our wonderful wheelchair friendly 600hp sports catamaran. Whichever boat you choose, we can assure you that you’ll come away with wonderful memories.
Our professional Skipper and Crew will provide you with fun and interactive voyage that is suitable for all ages and abilities. The choice of Sea Safari for 2020; - 1hr 30min White Cliffs & Beyond. We get right up close to the iconic White Cliffs of Dover, travelling up to the fabulous seaside town of Deal. Learn some lighthearted local history of smugglers and shipwrecks before blasting back to Dover from Deal.....something for everyone! - 2 hour Secret Seal Safari.We’re not going to tell you where we’re going as it’s our little secret as to where the seals are! We can assure you though that you’ll have a fantastic fast 40min speedboat ride each way as well as seeing our wonderful Harbour and Grey seals in their natural habitat. For those who have seen it on telly....yes, we can say; As seen on BBC TV! - 3hr Goodwin Sands. This is a ‘bucket list’ adventure for many. Venture out to and if the sea conditions allow, onto the infamous ship swallower the Goodwin Sands. We transfer you over by small tender where you have about 40mins to wander this mysterious wonder of Mother Nature. Hundreds of wonderful seals and some shipwrecks sticking out as ghosts from the past. You’ll love it, but not for those who don't appreciate a great adventure and the occasional soaking!
