We are thrilled to announce, that following a rigorous tender process, we have been selected to provide Security Services at 214 Oxford Street, on behalf of Avison Young. This will be home to London’s latest Ikea location, as well as the Nike Flagship store in London, transforming a historic building into a vibrant sustainable shopping destination.

Vigilant delivers the highest standards of security and customer service excellence, that makes us the right choice for this exceptionally high-end property.

Today we celebrate Cycle to Work Day!

Cycle to Work is the UK’s biggest celebration of everyday cycling. Promoting health, sustainability and eco-friendly travel, today offers a perfect opportunity to embrace active transport and enjoy the benefits of cycling to work!

To show our continued support in this nationally celebrated day, we joined the Cycle2Work Scheme back in November 2018, which allows all staff access to great deals on bikes and accessories to help get them on the road to discovering the benefits of getting to work on 2 wheels!

We have facilitated 101 bikes since 2018, totalling a fantastic value of £84,398! We continue to encourage our staff to take full advantage of this scheme and to join us in the celebrations of Cycle to Work Day!

Vigilant Security are thrilled to announce we have been awarded the contract for South Hampshire College Group. This win adds to our existing footprint across educational establishments including universities, colleges, and schools, where we have built considerable sector-based experience over a number of years.

South Hampshire College Group brings together three further education colleges from Eastleigh, Fareham and Southampton, helping to build a finer future for all students, apprentices, and businesses in the region.

We are looking forward to working in partnership with SHCG and to delivering a high level of security across all campuses, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for everyone.

On Friday, some of the team visited the Dumfries Men’s Shed to present them with a cheque for £1000 to aid in supporting this fantastic local organisation, so that they can continue their important work where everyone is welcome.

We had a walk round with the Chairman, Jim Morrison, where he talked us through all the facilities they have available including a workshop, IT room, music room, gardening and arts & crafts. As well as these great activities, it is also a place where members and those interested in joining, can drop in for a coffee and a chat.

Dumfries Men’s Shed is vital in our community to provide resources to those who need it. They have a lovely bunch of members; you definitely wouldn’t be short on conversation!

If you, or someone you know would be interested in becoming a member of the Dumfries Men’s Shed, you can pay them a visit at 1-4 Cresswell Gardens, Dumfries, DG1 2HH.

They are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10:00-15:00.

Memberships cost £15 per year.

Today, we proudly celebrate the dedication, vigilance, and professionalism of our incredible security officers. From safeguarding our people to protecting our premises, their commitment never goes unnoticed.

To show our appreciation, we surprised some of our officers with personalised notebooks, gift vouchers, and chocolates, small tokens of thanks for the big role they play every day!

As part of our continued commitment to delivering social value within the communities we serve, we are proud to sponsor Soccer Bee’s 2019 team!

5 years ago, the Soccer Bees held their first ever training session with borrowed kits. Fast forward to now, they have over 70 boys and girls, between the ages of 4 and 9 who all enjoy playing friendly games as well as competing in arranged matches with other local teams across the area!

Operated entirely by a dedicated committee of parents and volunteers, all proceeds from sponsorships, donations, and fundraising activities are reinvested into essential resources such as tournament entry fees, the hiring of winter facilities and equipment.

We are honoured to support such a fantastic and growing initiative, and very much look forward to what the future holds for the Soccer Bee’s! 🐝⚽

We are proud to share that following a robust tender process, Vigilant Security have been awarded the contract for Tishman Speyer’s security and front-of-house services, at the prestigious Angel Square and The Point building in Central London.

This marks the beginning of an exciting new partnership, and we are looking forward to delivering our outstanding service’s across both landmark sites. As part of our commitment to supporting those who bravely served, we will continue to support Helping Homeless Veterans UK by raising funds and awareness for the great work that they do, aiding veterans who have served in the forces with professional help and assistance.
