There's a saying that goes - 'you come to Nepal for the mountains, but you return time and again for the people.' 🏔️

And it's true. Nepali people are some of the most warm, humble and genuinely interesting people you will ever meet. Add in the incredible food, the culture, the colours, the sounds and Nepal becomes something that's very hard to shake off once it's got you.

At Ocean Vertical, we don’t just guide coasteering adventures, we also provide training and assessment courses for coasteering guides from across the UK.

On 28th–29th May we’ll be running an Guide Training course along the East Lothian coastline, developing the skills, judgement and safety systems that underpin high-quality coasteering experiences.

For aspiring guides, it’s a chance to learn in a dynamic marine environment with experienced trainers and gain insight into professional coasteering leadership.
