I've had the privilege to work with some amazing and inspiring people on a book festival lately. Unfortunately it has to be postponed for the moment but we'll still be working in the background to rearrange another date soon.

It is with huge sadness and disappointment that, in light of the current situation, we have had to make the hard decision to postpone the Brown Books Book Festival in Luton.
We are working with the venue, authors and illustrators to reschedule the event and we will be proving details as soon as we have new arrangements in place.
We wanted to let everybody know as soon as possible.
We also wanted to extend our gratitude to everyone who has shown such enthusiasm for the festival so far.
The intention was that Brown Books would go live as an online bookshop this month. But again, given the situation we have decided to delay this also.
Plans are still in place and when things improve, they will go ahead.
In the meantime, the work around setting up the community interest company, Luton Literature - the arm of Brown Books that will deliver the Brown Books Book Festival and many other projects - will continue in the background.
Please give the Luton Literature page a like, if you haven't already.
Stay healthy and safe. We can get through this.
