Introducing the Arctic Sky Nest💚💙🌌
🌌The Arctic Sky Nests are the most recent addition to the amazing range of accommodation offered at the Jeris Lakeside Resort. Perched on a small hillside leading down to a frozen lake, the Nests offer incredible views from the window-walls over Lapland’s wilderness, where the pristine snow stretches to the horizon.
Each Nest sleeps up to four people; there is a double bed for adults and children sleep in a fold-down bed. There is a walk-in shower room and kitchenette in each unit.
Alongside the Sky Nests, you can also enjoy hotel rooms at the Jeris Lakeside Resort. These are conveniently located inside the main hotel building, making access to the restaurant and reception area easy. The rooms were refurbished in 2019 and provide a comfortable, fuss-free stay with a flourish of Lapland culture. Each room is approximately 125ft², providing enough space for a family base from which to venture to the great outdoors.
Rooms have a double bed and additional pull-out beds for up to two children; there is an ensuite shower room in each. These rooms are available on selected departures only.

Now a little bit about me, who I am and where I have been.
Since leaving school at the age of 16 I haven't known anything else but travel, I just knew that the travel industry was the place I wanted to be! So.… the day after I left school I started this journey as an apprentice travel consultant at Thomas cook, Stockton heath. After completing my apprenticeship I moved to Thomas cook, Northwich, where I took up the position of travel consultant.
For 5 years I had the honour and privilege of being trusted to plan and book thousands of peoples holidays. During this time I was 1 of the top sellers in the company and in March 2010, I was rewarded with a promotion to Customer Service Manager.
For 3 years my role evolved to me managing customer issues and assisting other team members develop there knowledge of the industry, while still planning peoples dream holidays! Over time I took on more and more responsibility before being promoted to Branch Manager, this role provided me with a unique breadth of knowledge of the travel industry!
In February 2015, I decided I wanted to visit the places id been selling for the last 12 years and became cabin crew for Thomas Cook Airlines. Since then I have been lucky enough to experience some of the best places on the planet to visit, and i’ve loved every minute. Going forward after getting engaged, I decided I wanted a better work/life balance, which brings me to the hear and now.
Helping me along the way will be my fiancé, who himself has 17 years of flying experience with Britannia Airways, Thomson Airways and now TUI Airways. As well as a unique knowledge of the USA, in particular, Disney World in Florida! Between us we have visited 30+ countries around the world and experienced many of these wonderful places you are dreaming of visiting.
My hope is that I can give you your dream holiday, to your dream destination, at the very best price.
