🇬🇧✈️ Flying from the UK
Flying from the UK to Orlando is no joke, but that moment when you land makes it all worth it ✨
Each trip, we massively underestimate how long the travel day would feel door-to-door... its like we forgot the last time 😜
2 hours to the airport, and up to 3 hours waiting for the flight, 9 hours on the plane and a potential couple hours from the airport the other side till we settle into our hotel!! It's a looooooong day!
🇺🇲 But the instant heat, the smell of Orlando... it makes everything so worth it, despite how tired you feel, you want to head straight for the parks!!
Here are 2 of my tips:
* If within your budget, get an airport hotel the night before your flight. That way you will feel well rested (if you're not too excited 😅)
* Try and get an earlier flight - on our last trip, we get a 10/11am flight. We arrived in Orlando at around 14.00, which gave us enough time to get to the parks for a few hours, trick our bodies into adjusting to the time difference, and we were feeling ready for our early start the next day!
Have you tried any of these?
We always fly BA to Orlando! I know lots of you like Virgin too... but has anyone flown with Norse? Let me know in the comments!
