Main Engine No 3. Insulation system 75mm th, all clip boxes in two halves for ease of removal/replacement, including 67 degree offset box. Engine vibration taken up at top of transition piece. 5 days to make, 11 hours to fit.

Dear friends I'm looking to take on an apprentice.
This would entail going to college for 2 week blocks every two months. It would be an opportunity to get out on site, learn skills in the Metal shop and end up fully qualified with NVQ level 2 and indentured with a full 4 year apprenticeship as a Thermal insulation engineer/operative. The pay scale advances in each successive year. But here's the thing. They would need to be physically fit and very hard working/enthusiastic. Also a good level of intelligence is required to learn the fabrication side. I pay £200+ per day for fully qual engineers. So you can expect to earn well once qualified. So If any of you know of a person (any age 18-50) who would like to get a trade and help a growing business then please message me.

Exhaust insulation on a passenger ferry in Dunkerque today. Square to round, radial bend and bellows. Top spec Insulfrax blanket and 900 gram glass cloth with stainless steel banding. I don't usually post up pad work but I enjoyed making and fitting these.
