Anxiety

For just over a year I have been battling with Anxiety. A condition I use to think people could just snap out of it. oh how wrong was I. So I decided to do a photo project portraying my feeling whilst going through Anxiety. Feeling alone, tried, Afraid, hiding away and slowly giving up. Anxiety had taken me over but with great support from friends and family I am getting better. These images have been captured during or after attacks. Anxiety is invisible and we all look beautiful on the outside, just like a flower we are fragile. If we all fight Anxiety together we will all bloom. All images are titled.
