Effective immediately, please read carefully before contacting us.
⚠️Repeatedly requesting prices for servicing / repairs with no intention of paying will result in blacklisting there not going to change in price over a day or 2/4 months either . Our prices have been the same for the last 5 years only changing early last year due to rise in costs for us all . However we are not the only business slightly raising prices
⚠️no pre payment to book your slot means no bookings , no collections ,no work or no parts will be delivered to payment is made . And we have your full details we have asked for.
⚠️Trailers /horse boxes / caravans/vehicles are to paid in full before leaving our premises. They won’t be delivered or let go until paid in full .refusal documents to signed for when you don’t want to fix your dangerous trailers/horsebox / vehicles.
⚠️for anyone coming away with the 28/30 days payment that’s totally fine they can stay here for that time period Until you pay in full and sign what is needed to be signed📝
⚠️We will no longer tolerate time-wasters, attempted scams , ignored invoices, or “I’m away feeding the ducks I will pay tomorrow “
⚠️We are still offering to customers who are looking to get a used trailer / horsebox /caravan view before buying . We will come with you or go and view a trailer / horsebox inspect and check it to make sure what you are buying is legal tyres in date tread is legal brake cables are not corroded/ripped over axles . Too may customers turning up with a trailer /horsebox / caravan for a bargain price they was told is well looked after to only find out they have no or little brake shoes left stretched brake cables corroded seized brake cables and out of date tyres. We can’t let this go out on road and advise with photograph evidence of all what needs fixed replaced .unfortunately for us all genuine parts are expensive but they have to be fitted end of . we won’t supply or fit after market parts. To last half the time .If you don’t want it fixed you need to sign refusal to repair. At the end of the day it’s you that is happy to run illegal and unsafe not us .
⚠️We say it time and time again regular servicing will keep the cost down and keep you and everyone else safe on the roads. We send out yearly / 6 monthly inspections reminders. To help customers keep on top of there maintenance cost which we have been told is really appreciated by them 👌.
💷This is a small family business which operates on time, out of hours service ,materials, and effort — all of which cost money.
Additionally:
⚠️ we always try to have your trailer /horsebox caravan , vehicle back to you as quick as we can but again your payment can help a lot on this for you . demanding your job to be done earlier than the agreed completion date after confirming your job / collection / delivery , your request will be declined.
⚠️Continued pressure for early completion will result in your request being cancelled, a partial refund for unused materials ,parts only, and you will be blocked from future bookings
👌We pride ourselves on quality and fairness, but respect works both ways. These rules are non-negotiable.
