The cottage is situated above Chapel Stile, one of the most attractive villages in the Lake District, amid the incredible beauty of the Langdale Valley. It has a shared communal garden, although this is not fully fenced so children and dogs need to be supervised. Car parking available at the top of a very steep drive. May not be suitable for persons of limited mobility.

I’m still a long way off completing, but Interested to know whether others have a plan for which one to end on.

Will you just leave it to chance and let it be whatever it turns out to be, or do you have a particular park in mind.

I imagine Great End would be a popular choice, and I know someone who wants to end on Yewbarrow because it’s the last one in the last Wainwright guide. What’s your plan?
