If you're in town today, stop off for lunch at Willow Tea Rooms Buchanan Street.

Along with their delicious afternoon teas, their menu is full of delicious treats that always hit the spot.

Pictured is one of our favourite dishes on their menu - Scottish smoked salmon, capers, and lemon on buttered toast. Enjoy with a soft drink or cup of tea or coffee.

Visit the at Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery this weekend and view the wonderful interiors of Charles and Margaret's home, including these delightful lights. The cube and dome design contains a coloured glass leaf motif - the light has a wonderful glow and casts shadows and would have originally been lit by gas and later adapted to electricity.

The House is open Tuesday - Sunday 10am - 5pm. Take advantage of free entry every Sunday between 10am and 12pm - part of our offers. see our website for details.
