We spent the day eating and sipping our way through Edinburgh, starting with a feast at Monteiths Kitchen & Cocktails
and ending under the all-mighty wh**ky lineup at The Parliament Arms. From wonderful single malts to classic Scottish dishes, this tour was an absolute 10/10 experience.

Not all wh**ky maturation is created equal. Depending on whether a distillery uses a Dunnage, Palletised, or Racked warehouse, everything from microclimate and humidity to how easy it is to pull a sample can change!
