Walking into hemsby town from the caravan is really easy and takes around 15 minutes -
Come out of the park and turn left go down to the burger van and walk down the alley beside it, follow it right down to the bottom turn left and follow the track there is a little cut through into the back of a car park/ pub garden and you will be in hemsby town and on the beach 🏖

Club oasis club house perfect for all the family , this is where we go when Newport has had to shut due to covid - restaurant/bar, amusements,bingo children’s disco live bands every thing you want just a 5/10minute drive from Newport park and pay on the door👌🏼

Oasis pool is just 5 minutes drive from Newport park and a lovely heated pool , seating for those that don’t fancy a swim and a cafe, open daily and pay on the door 🌊

This is refunded to you within 48 hours after your holiday as long as the van is left exactly as it was found. Please be aware if there are damages, things missing or excess stains we have the right to keep a % or the full amount of the damage bonds.
All we ask is that you keep our van clean and tidy like you would your home and enjoy your holiday

Welcome to our home from home caravan situated on Newport Caravan park in Hemsby, Great Yarmouth.
**please note we only allow families or couples this is not a site for partying most people staying on the site are owners**
Our van is situated facing the childrens sand park making it the perfect family holiday.
The caravan itself has 1 master room with double bed , 1 room with 2 single beds and a small pull out in the lounge sleeps 4 comfortably, 6 at a push (pull out bed could sleep 2 small children )☀️
Situated just 500 yds from the beach and only 6 miles from Great Yarmouth where there is everything the holiday maker wants, sea life centre, pleasure beach fun fair, waterways, summer shows, bowls, tennis, etc.
Newport Caravan Park has a shop, cake & ice cream diner, fish and chip shop and amusement arcade.

Lovely indoor heated swimming pool just 5 minute drive from Newport (Club oasis) which is open to the public aswell as a family clubhouse (one we visit regularly) both are pay on the door and very reasonably priced.
