All of our cottages are hand picked for their great locations, and most are walking distance from the beach whilst others are a 5-10 minute drive away. All of our cottages are dog friendly (number varies by property) and the vast majority of our local beaches are dog friendly too. Choose from tradition

We know all the cottages inside out, so if you need any advice choosing which property suits you best please get in touch. The smallest cottage sleeps just 2, and the largest sleeps 16.

One of our favorite places - Bebe-Rai’s - is now open in a new location in Hemsby, just opposite the Lacon Arms. It's within easy walking distance of all our Hemsby properties (Marram Sands, Sea View and Beach View Cottage). Definitely worth a visit for the milkshakes alone!
