Now everyone’s settled and had a Christmas break it’s time to start work again 🛠️🏡

Hope all are old and new customers had a good Christmas and happy new year 🥳 🎁

There’s still and update to come on the patio fence and concrete base ‼️

Little sneak preview of what we’ve been doing this past week 💯👌

Abit of a messy one this but it has to get worse before it gets better, gonna be a completely different look when finished 💯

4x7m square dug out 10inch deep ready for base ✅
Patio area dug 6inches ✅
Old patio removed ✅
Path leading to back of yard removed ready to be infilled with top soil and fake grass pieced in ✅
Trees removed and replanted ✅
All mud barrowed round to front and picked up by Grab ✅
All rubble removed and disposed off ✅

Couple more days of messy work then the patio and base will start going in, will update on progress over the weekend 👌

Window chopped out and Lintel fitted ✅
Tung and grove OSB flooring fitted ✅
Concrete stairs chopped out, footing dug and rebricked up ready for wall to go in ✅
Facials guttering and lead work finished ✅

All pipe work chopped out and boxed in with timber/trunking ✅
Floor screeded ✅
Rendering done ✅
Radiators hung and plumbed in ✅

This project has seen a massive revamp 🏠💯
Another day another job ✅

Old roof removed and disposed ✅
New roof completed ✅
New Joyce’s and structure put in ✅
All felted, lated, lead work complete new covings fitted and tiled ✅
New extension built ✅
Cable end built ✅
Footings dug ✅
New exterior wall/stairs built ✅
Windows removed bricked up ✅
Floating breeze block floor fitted ✅
All work Carried out to architecture drawing plan ✅💯

Still a good couple of weeks work till the final piece 💯✅

All building work carried out to building regulations and inspected by building inspector 💯✅

No job too big 8 years of establishment 👍

Few pictures of the progress on are current job.
Ceiling fully boarded now ✅
Steelwork cemented in ✅
Wall plate back in and bricked up ✅
All steel been nogged and fire proof boarding attached ✅
Wallpaper completely stripped off ready for walls to be boarded ✅
Tiles completely off ready for boarding ✅
Acros removed now steelworks in. Left one in whilst gobbo sets on the wall plate ✅
Floor measured 40mm difference in areas, screed orderd ✅
Set of doors fitted ✅
Studwork built for old door that was removed and boarded up ✅
Still a few more days work to be carried out gonna be a completely different look once finished 💯

Half way through the job now ✅
Ceilings ripped down ✅
Wall demolished and rubble gone ✅
All woodwork (skirtings/boxing in all out) ✅
Pillow stripped to see what’s behind ✅
Floor dug out and steel work in ✅
Acros In to support the structure whilst we fit new steel ✅
All ceilings denailed and started boarding ✅
New insulation fitted old stuff removed and disposed ✅
Shower room out and electrics disconnected ✅
Just gotta reboard everywhere remove glass windows brick up and fit the new doors and steelwork then jobs a good en not bad for a couple weeks work 💯
